Site inspections were carried out weekly to
monitor the implementation of proper environmental pollution control and
mitigation measures for the Project. A summary of the mitigation measures
implementation schedule is provided in Appendix
F.

In the reporting month, 13 site inspections
were carried out on. Five of them were the joint inspections with the IEC, ER,
the Contractor and the ET.
1.1.3
No outstanding issues were reported during
the reporting period.
1.1.4
All the follow-up actions requested by
Contractor’s ET and IEC during the site inspections were undertaken as reported
by the Contractor and confirmed in the following weekly site inspection
conducted during the reporting month.
